Aluminium 7050 Wires are primarily made from an aluminium alloy that includes zinc (5.7–6.7%), magnesium (1.9–2.6%), copper (2.0–2.6%), along with trace elements like zirconium, chromium, iron, and silicon. This unique blend gives the alloy impressive mechanical properties, boasting tensile strengths of about 490–570 MPa and yield strengths ranging from 390–490 MPa.
